Dua Al-Ghaib

Sister Alia led us in a Dua for a sister and her family who recently suffered a devastating fire.

Umm Salamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No Muslim is afflicted with a calamity but that he should say what Allah has commanded him:

If he does so, Allah will replace it with something better.”

Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 918

Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim

Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Allah we will return. (2:156)

O Allah, reward our sister and her family in their affliction and replace it with something better than it.

Ya Allah, the Ever-Living the Ever Sustaining, it is Your mercy that we hope for, so do not leave our sister and her family in charge of their affairs for a blink of an eye, and rectify for them all of their affairs, non has the right to be worshipped except You.

Oh Allah the most Merciful, ease the pain and suffering of our sister and her family and guide them through this test, bless them and grant them comfort and contentment

Oh Allah all praise belongs to You, protect them from all calamities and evil. You have power over all things.
